Top 10 Organizing Products Professionals Love

April 19, 2021 | Products |

Do you ever look at your space and have no idea which products to purchase to maximize functionality?

Here are some of Horderly’s favorite products that are versatile enough to work in any home! The possibilities and combinations are endless to help create a beautiful, functional space in your home.

Clear Bins

We love using clear bins inside cabinets, pantries, and linen closets to sort and organize similar items together! Clear bins allow you to easily see what’s inside, allowing you to conveniently take inventory of any items that need to be restocked before going to the store.

Pro Tip: Check the clear bins in your pantry before shopping so that you’re not accidentally buying doubles of items you already have!

Lazy Susans

Lazy Susans are super helpful to use all around your home! Whether it’s in the kitchen to make grabbing oils or spices easier, in the pantry to sort kids’ snacks, or in your office to sort supplies, Lazy Susans make grab-and-go easier than ever.

Here are some of our favorite Lazy Susan options:

If you’re sick of having to hunt through shelves to find the right product, a Lazy Susan is the way to go!

Single Drawer Organizers

Drawer organizers are perfect for shallow drawers in any room. Available in bamboo or clear, these drawer organizers are perfect to sort everything from kitchen tools, desk supplies, bathroom toiletries, and more.

Slim Velvet Hangers

Slim velvet hangers are the first suggestion we always make when strategizing products for any hanging space – whether it’s a large master closet or a small coat closet. Slim velvet hangers are the best answer to maximizing hanging space, allowing you to fit more on each hanging rod, compared to larger plastic or wood hangers.

Expandable Drawer Dividers

Spring-loaded drawer dividers allow you to section-off wide drawers into tinier sections, allowing each area to contain different products. Drawer dividers provide security and eliminate the possibility of kitchen utensils, tools or other products to bumble about in drawers. We also love using these in dresser drawers to separate categories of clothing and keep file-folded clothes structured.

Over the Door Systems

Never forget the back of your door when organizing your home!

You can use over-the-door systems in your laundry room, pantry, bathroom, closet – anywhere and everywhere you have a door has the potential to become extra storage for you!

The Container Store offers a bunch of different options and layouts in terms of back-of-the-door storage – you can even use their builder tool to create the perfect custom solution for your space!

Cube Systems

Cube systems are our favorite solution in children’s rooms, playrooms and basements! Cubby shelving units are great because they can be used anywhere and allow for beautiful storage of (messy) toys!

You can tap into your creative side to mix-and-match cube storage, or streamline to go for a cleaner look.

We love mixing and matching and storing books on the top row, and toys in bins on the bottom row so children can easily access all of their toys and reading materials!

Stackable Drawers

Stackable drawers are our go-to for under-the-sink solutions in kitchens and bathrooms. These stackable drawers come in a variety of sizes, giving you the ability to play Tetris to find the perfect combination to maximize that awkward under sink area we all have had to deal with.

Weathertight Containers

Weathertight containers are the ultimate storage solution for anything and everything that is being stored in your attic, basement, or garage. These containers are designed to protect your belongings from moisture, dirt, and fabric-damaging pests thanks to the latches that secure the lid to the base, providing air and watertight seal.

Decorative Bins

Wooden Ribbed Bins are our favorite beautiful-but-functional resource when organizing client’s homes. Whether it’s elevating the aesthetic in a pantry, or using these bins to contain categories in open spaces in a living room, or shared space – these bins come in various sizes and colors, making them extra versatile when trying to strategize use at home.
