Any order over $4,000 receives FREE delivery/installation. All orders below $4,000 require a $350 delivery/installation fee. Exceptions: – If you live outside our service area, an additional travel fee will apply. – If multiple trips are required or we need to hire outside freight, an additional fee will apply. After we receive your 50% deposit, the production and installation lead time is typically 3-4 weeks.

The first step is to schedule a FREE in-home or virtual consultation where we will discuss your project in detail and take measurements. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, your designer will prepare custom designs to meet your needs and wants. You will review the designs with your designer and make any changes if necessary. Once designs are approved, you submit a 50% deposit, and we schedule final measurements. After final measurements, your design goes into production and the 3-4 week lead time begins. When we have an estimated completion date, we schedule your delivery/installation. We require full payment upon arrival at the delivery/installation.

We offer both wall-mounted and floor-mounted units. Both options are renter-friendly, requiring only light touch-ups to fill nail holes upon removal.

Exceptions: – If your project requires more in-depth construction (i.e., removing/adding walls), we will recommend that you hire a contractor. – If your design includes lighting elements (removing/adding outlets, etc.), you will need to hire an electrician.
